Text Box: Hi there,
Just wanted to let you know the board arrived safely yesterday. Thanks so much for your fast service, it was a great surprise to get it so early. I've been eagerly riding the board after work. I ride a motorbike for my job, so the balance work is really going to pay off. Thanks again. After my friends have a ride I will hopefully have a few more orders for you
All the best

Text Box: Just had to share with everyone a great little piece of cross-training equipment we bought a month or two ago and are really stoked with.
Its called an Indo Board (www.indoboards.com.au). What I really love about the Indo Board is its a very intense central core work out. When the weather and water is a no-go, getting out under your pergola for just 30 minutes on the Indo Board keeps your brain tuned to the feel of a SUP on a smooth or rough day (its up to you as to how hard you push the thing).
You can work it with the square stance of SUP or turn side-on for a surfing stance and then switch to the other side for a goofy foot stance. Add some hand weights and do your bicep curls etc etc while balancing on the Indo Board and your central core is buuuurning, thigh muscles trembling and it feels great. The other similarity to SUP is that it's very Zen (cant think of another word for it). i.e. paddling SUP and the Indo Board just makes you relax, go with it, dont fight it and dont think too much about it, coz as soon as you get uptight, think too much or try too hard, you wipe out...wiping out on an Indo Board can hurt!

PS...if you've had a glass of wine with dinner and you're tempted to do a 10 minute stint on the Indo Board before bed....think again!! Go back inside, shut the door, lay down safely on the carpet and do some sit-ups. Its much safer!
And that is all...
