The IndoFLO® Balance Cushion is the perfect accessory for all of our Indo Board Balance Trainer decks. The innovative concept is to provide a full circle of instability without the abrupt direction changes encountered with our Indo Board rollers. This virtually eliminates falls and offers a complete workout. The IndoFLO® Balance Cushion creates a fluid transition with a totally unstable platform. The air cushion creates a free flowing instability that is challenging, fun, and immediately beneficial in all aspects of core and balance training. What you have is a mini gym in the comfort of your living room! You can perform functional fitness exercises on both the roller and cushion in combination with dumb bells, stretch bands, and medicine balls such as squats, push-ups, oblique twists, lunges and wood chops. Using the Training Package system lets you engage both the upper body and lower body simultaneously and will add new dimension to any training regime. You create what suits your goals, whether it’s better coordination and balance or sports specific functional multiplanar training. The Indo Original Training Package combines the "Original" model deck, roller, and the IndoFLO® Balance Cushion. This offers the benefits of the IndoFLO® Balance Cushion in addition to our roller in one complete package. This training package provides a complete workout unit without taking up a lot of space. The mouth inflatable IndoFLO® Balance Cushion is used as an alternative to the roller. You can adjust the degree of instability on the cushion with the level of inflation. Less inflation means more stability while inflating the cushion to it’s maximum creates the most instability. The basic difference from deck and roller configuration is the deck does not actively roll on the cushion, it simply tilts offering a full circle of instability that is challenging in a fun way yet difficult to ride and bring under control. |

The Indo Mini Original is a smaller version of the Indo Original deck design. It was initially developed for use with the IndoFLO® Balance Cushion. However, with the release of our new Mini Original roller, we discovered a deck and roller combination which is great for riders of smaller stature and young children. It's plenty versatile for learning advanced tricks and manoeuvres! The compact size is also great for youngsters age 4 to 10. The Indo Pro is ideal for big riders (6 feet tall and over) because this model offers room for a wider stance resulting in lots of stability. Great for longboard surfers who want to learn how to cross step, practice their footwork, drop knee turns, spinners, or just hang out on the tip. The heavier board and larger roller offer a more intensive workout and is ideal for increasing leg strength. This model is ideal for showboarders and all terain boarders.
